An Evening on the Red Carpet 2012
Dear Santa Rosa Accelerated Families:
Our yearly fundraiser is almost here! This year our theme is Evening in Paradise. It will be held at the Becker Center at St. Eugene's on October 6th, 2012 from 5:00 – 9:00 PM. This is a family event that includes a live and silent auction, dinner, wine and a chance to meet and mingle with the other families and teachers from our school. This event is truly fun for parents and children alike. We will provide a special menu, games, activities and entertainment for the children.
Your support for this fundraiser is truly important. Remember, it is the only fundraiser we have during the year, and all proceeds will be used during the 2012-2013 school year, so funds raised will directly affect your child. Tickets will go on sale the week of September 14th. Each classroom will fill a themed basket for the auction.
Family Donations ensure the success of our great event! The items can be anything that you have access to. Of Course, we are always looking for high ticket items like nice bottles of wine, restaurant gift certificates, or vacation homes, but some of the most successful auction items are the ones that are creative. So ask your hair stylist, your mechanic, or your neighbors for their support. Other great ideas are things or skills that you may be willing to share. A dessert a month, flowers, or tennis lessons are great ways to share your skills with everyone at Santa Rosa Accelerated.

Please turn items into the school office as early as possible. Let us know if we need to pick an item up or if you have any questions.
